Kerry Fox made her name for her extraordinary performance in the award-winning An Angel at my Table, directed by Jane Campion, in which she played the young Janet Frame. She subsequently starred in Gillian Armstrong's The Last Days of Chez Nous and Elaine Proctor's Friends. Danny Boyle's popular debut Shallow Grave followed, in which she played one of the flatmates who discover a suitcase of money alongside Ewan McGregor and Christopher Eccleston. She has also appeared in a number of television films and series including Mr Wroe's Virgins directed by Danny Boyle, A Village Affair, Saigon Baby and most recently The Affair. She has recently completed filming in Canada on Thom Fitzgerald's The Hanging Garden and in Australia on The Sound of One Hand Clapping. Kerry Fox will star later this year in Barry Myers' Our Father, based on the novel by Bernice Rubens.
